防詐騙宣導

Dear Member,

Hello!
The official Hexagon shopping platform will not contact you by phone during non-working hours (as specified below) to confirm order details or verify information. We will also never ask you to follow instructions to operate an ATM, provide account balances, change payment methods, or alter installment settings over the phone or through any other means. Please do not follow such instructions to operate an ATM. If you encounter such a situation, we suggest you call the anti-fraud hotline 165 or contact us via our customer service email. Our customer service team will assist you in verifying and confirming the issue.

Common Scam Techniques and Scripts

Caller ID Spoofing:
Scammers may fake or alter the caller ID to appear as 110, 165, or the official Hexagon customer service number, impersonating anyone and instructing you to transfer money to their account via ATM. If you receive such a call, do not provide banking details, credit card information, or any financial information. The scammer may even spoof the number you provided to gain your trust.

Contacting During Non-Working Hours:
The Hexagon official shopping platform staff will not contact you by phone or SMS to discuss or modify orders during non-working hours. Please be cautious if you receive an unknown call or message. If you're unsure, please contact us during working hours using the official customer service email or hotline listed on our website, and we will assist you promptly.

Claims of Failed Credit Card Transactions and ATM Instructions:
Hexagon will never contact you to request ATM transactions for transferring funds or other similar actions. Please do not fall for this scam.

The above are common scam tactics, which aim to instruct you to operate ATMs or make remittances at a bank counter. Please remember, ATM systems do not have a "cancel setting" function, and especially avoid operating with an "English interface." Scammers may exploit unfamiliarity with the English interface to trick you into entering their account numbers and transferring funds.

Personal Information Security and Anti-Scam Suggestions

In accordance with Hexagon's privacy policy, we will never share your personal information with third parties. If your Hexagon account password is the same as your personal email password (such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.), please immediately change your password. Always ensure your password is kept private, and avoid using easy-to-guess numbers such as birthdates, phone numbers, or identity card numbers.

Do not open unknown attachments:
Do not click on any attachments or links in emails or instant messaging programs that you don't recognize. Avoid downloading unfamiliar software to prevent Trojan horses or malware from compromising your data.

Do not enter login information on public computers:
Public computers may have malware installed, and your personal information could be recorded. Free public Wi-Fi may lack proper firewall protection, making your data more vulnerable to hacking.
